How to Get Started
Does AtMyChurch interest you? Want us to help you get a church website in place? If so, these are the things that need to happen:
1. Does Your Church Qualify?
This is only for United Brethren churches in the US. The homepage gives all of the qualifications.
2. Complete the Information Form
The next tab above tells about the information form and provides a link for downloading it.
3. Choose a Website Design Template
You have several choices, or we can select one for you.
4. Determine the Email Addresses You Want
We'll select a generic address for church feedback and information requests. You can then have up to nine more email addresses.
5. Choose a Domain Name
This is optional and involves additional cost. We can help you select a domain name if you want one. Otherwise, we'll use a sub-domain. We highly recommend that your church get its own domain name. Read more about domains and subdomains..
6. Select a Contact Person
We need to interact with just one person.
7. Select and Send Any Photos
If would be great to include photos from your church. In fact, if you took a bunch of digital photos from your church--services, classes, people, fellowship, etc.--and sent them on a CD, that would be great.
At the least, we need a photo of your church building and of the senior pastor. The Info tab above gives much more information about photos and how to send them.
8. Send Everything with Payment
You can send photos and the information form by email or by US mail.

Almost all of the above information is included on the Information Form.
When we have everything needed to get started with the design--then we get started.
The Information Form contains all of the information we need to design your site. The form is lengthy, and it requires some time and thought on your part. But it should provide everything we need to get your site online.
The information sheet is a Microsoft Word document. You can open it with Microsoft Word (or a compatible word processor) and fill in the form fields.

Here is some of the information you'll need to complete the form:
- Choice of design (or you can let us choose one).
- Buying a domain, or using a sub-domain?
- Email addresses you want.
- What to include on the "beliefs" page.
- Service times.
- Biographical info and photo of pastor.
- Contact person.
- Info about your church's ministries.
- Driving directions to your church.
After completing the form, email it as an attachment to:
That'll get things moving. No design work will start until we have all of the information needed, plus payment.
When it comes to cost, you only have a couple of options.
Basic cost: $150
Domain Purchase (optional):
